Can I track my order?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
On average, a package can take 10-18 days to arrive from the date of shipment.
Why did I only receive a part of my order?
Your order may contain products from different suppliers. You will receive all the products your ordered.
Can Jenicy guarantee delivery before a certain date?
If you plan to give one of our products as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the products during the month of the holiday. If you are holiday shopping please buy a month in advance. Otherwise, there is no guarantee the product will arrive on time. We will not be responsible for products that do not arrive on time during the holidays.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us within 24 hours by email (contactus@Jenicy.com) and your order number should be listed in the email. We process orders in 1-2 days, so depending on the stage we may be able to cancel or change the order. Once the order has been processed for shipping, the order cannot be changed and it cannot be refunded. You must then wait till the product arrives and return it to us in order to process the refund.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your purchase. If your order is more than 30 days old, we will no longer accept your returns. Please send us an email (returns@Jenicy.com) and we will provide the return or exchange instructions.
How long does it take for the refund to reach to my bank account?
Once we have confirmed that your refund has been processed it will show up in your bank account in 5-7 business days. A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, then they will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
